The note attached summarises some of the primary impacts of the Ordinance on contracts governed by French Law, in light of the guidance provided in the Circular. Given the evolving situation, definitive conclusions on the scope and impact of the Ordinance cannot yet be made, and certain of its provisions remain open to interpretation.
